Time: 7:45AM - 9:15AM
Price: $175 (plus $6.50 online registration fee if registering online)
Late Registration begins May 15th and prices increase; T-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrations.
If you would prefer to print and pay in person via cash or check, please print this form and return to Coach Blankenship. Registration is not complete until payment AND signed forms have been submitted.
